I have a combination of indoor and outdoor sensors that work with my system. Considering how inexpensive they are, I've installed one in every major part of the house, including the basement, attic, porch, etc. I've also placed one next to the HVAC mini-split fan to keep track of temperature fluctuations. while it is in use. It usually takes a few minutes for a new sensor to appear to be added to the system. So enable them one at a time, otherwise you'll end up with a bunch of unnamed sensors and won't be able to tell which one is where. Another thing I wasn't sure about; An internal sensor measures temperature and humidity and displays and transmits them on the screen. The Outdoor does not have a screen, but it also measures and transmits the dew point.
