The order came in USPS packaging from the seller. My 8 year old daughter loves this set. Not only is it water-based, but it's also odorless. It can be peeled off (if desired), but not like other brands that take a day to peel off. This polish lasts for days on both fingers and toes. It includes a range of stickers to put on your nails and goes beyond just painting. Very fun activities for girls. Love it! To determine, but again.
