I've had great success with Ubiquiti products in the past and the Loco M5 is no exception. My property has two houses separated by a large yard and I have chosen not to pay for two dedicated internet service accounts by setting up a couple of these devices. They ended up replacing the old NanoStation Loco 5 units, which worked very well but didn't have the bandwidth needed for some of the HD IP cameras I installed on site. Since I already had enough experience configuring these devices and am already familiar with the user interface, it only took me about 15 minutes to program and connect this pair. Since they only talk to each other, I turned on AirMax and AirSelect (Dynamic Frequency Hopping) and got a reliable 300 Mbps connection. The old NanoStations worked without issue for a couple of years, I expect them to do the same. . Quality is unbeatable for the price. The only thing I'd caution potential buyers about is that they're intended for networking professionals - if you're used to a typical Netgear or Linksys setup, Ubiquiti's interface can be extremely intimidating. Fortunately, there are many forums and documentation that can help you.
