FAULTY AND DANGEROUS!

.not to mention the expensive lesson. After being connected to mains with no load for about an hour (nothing was plugged in), the 3000W transformer became too hot to touch. I ordered a replacement without realizing how much it would cost to return a defective unit. The cost to return the defective unit from my APO address was $76 and Revain will only refund $3.99 for shipping. So if the new transformer is good, I'll just double the new price out of my own pocket. DO NOT ORDER ONE IF YOU LIVE ABROAD as the return shipping costs are outrageously high.
