I love how quickly you can collect customer service experiences when using this software! It's easy for clients of mine who are looking into products to give me their thoughts without having to spend time writing them out in full (and forgetting). You're able to capture what they want/need versus something more general. Plus it has helped us understand what our best practices might be internally while also helping us see where we need improvement with services offered by client agencies. There really isn't much at this point since its been so smooth sailing. Take your time getting used to the ins and outs of this tool because there may come down times where things aren't fully functioning until you've spent some good quality training time figuring everything out. The biggest problem we have addressed is capturing information from our clients which was previously very difficult to do.
