Weak plastic frame around brush arms with light screw tightening
I like Leviton products, usually for the quality. This particular item lays flat on the single gang box. They bent when tightening the mounting screw. The holes for the wall plate mounting screws are unthreaded so they can be ripped off when you drive the bezel screw into the hole.
