I recently purchased a 40 inch Samsung 4K TV at a bargain price to replace the smaller 1080 HD TV I had in my office. that it didn't have Bluetooth, nor any audio outputs through which I could connect it to my Pyle stereo amp for an external sound system. The only audio outputs available on the TV were optical out and HDMI, which the Pyle amp didn't have to fix due to this situation I initially had Ordered an Avantree aptX Low Latency Bluetooth Transmitter with optical input from Revain. the connection I prefer. Continuing my research, I found the PROZOR at a much lower price than the Avantree device and ordered it. It was easy to install and it worked. Pyle amp and found it worked great. I also used the included USB cable to connect it to my TV to power the PROZOR. So when I turn the TV on or off, the PROZOR also turns on and off. You need to go into your TV's sound settings and make sure the optical output is set to PCM. PROZOR does not accept other optical outputs. If there's a noticeable difference in lip syncing between the people on screen and what they're saying when you're using one of these devices to convert the TV's optical signal to audio, you can usually go to the TV's settings to sort it out adjust the audio delay for syncing it up. One way to set up syncing is to turn on both the TV speakers and the sound system speakers at the same time. Adjust the audio delay until the sound from both systems is the same, then turn off the TV speakers.
