Purchased this new Thermalon neck heating pad to replace an old Thermalon (which was GREAT). This version is so much different, and the most disappointing thing is that the bead-filled area is significantly shorter than the old one. Thus, it does not drape across the collarbone and front of the neck. In addition, I found the three-pocket design resulted in it lifting in the back. Definitely a return. On the positive, the cover and strings are MUCH softer than old ones.
