Not sure about everyone else's but I ordered a couple of these for my shop and had no trouble setting them up. If you pay attention, the ad says you need to buy your own SIM card (they recommend Speedtalk, which I went with) and it was easy to set up. It can be controlled via text commands or via an app (which I was also able to set up with little to no trouble). I have tested several different GPS bike trackers and found this one to be the easiest to use. The only feature I would like is a map that shows you multiple trackers at once. But still it was the best tracker for us.
