GPS, Finder & Accessories Customer Support

This product has only worked for me via SMS. The app didn't work at all. The reason I'm giving this rating is because of the outstanding customer service I received from Lucy. She worked very hard to help me. For two full weeks we went through script after script, and at the end. We made SMS only work over text. So it wasn't a complete failure. The guy works best in GPS, finders and accessories

That's a pretty cool idea. The device charges quickly and the battery lasts a long time in standby mode. I was able to set up SOS and Admin numbers. I can send a message from my SIM card, get a message back with GPS coordinates and click the link to track my bike. When I press the SOS button, I get an SMS with the location. However, I can't get the APM set, so I can't use it with the app. I'm sure I did it right, you send gprs123456 to the sims phone number to enable gprs and the device sends…

Waste of time and money!

I bought this unit to use on an expensive bike I just bought. What you were not told or provided is that the device requires a SIM card. And you need to call an international number to use and activate it. Therefore, your data plan will most likely need to be changed and you need to be sure you have purchased the correct type of SIM card (Micro SIM). So take a trip to my carrier to see if they have that particular type and see if my network is working after calling China.

Very accurate, easy to set up

Not sure about everyone else's but I ordered a couple of these for my shop and had no trouble setting them up. If you pay attention, the ad says you need to buy your own SIM card (they recommend Speedtalk, which I went with) and it was easy to set up. It can be controlled via text commands or via an app (which I was also able to set up with little to no trouble). I have tested several different GPS bike trackers and found this one to be the easiest to use. The only feature I would like is a map
