This product has only worked for me via SMS. The app didn't work at all. The reason I'm giving this rating is because of the outstanding customer service I received from Lucy. She worked very hard to help me. For two full weeks we went through script after script, and at the end. We made SMS only work over text. So it wasn't a complete failure. Lucy is a really caring professional and she will do everything to help you in any way she can and if your device ends up not working she will do her best to make you happy. Thank you Lucy
