I like that they have so many options for my organization's funding sources (federal/private).

The software can be difficult at times but with some help it becomes very user friendly! If you are looking into this program definitely look in depth about what your needs will require before signing up or committing any funds towards their services as there could potentially be an issue down stream if things do not work out perfectly right away. We're solving our problems by providing access to federal grants without having staff members dedicated solely to those duties which has allowed us more time spent doing other important tasks within organizations we support.
