It works to specification but not new as the description says. I suspect most were pulled from systems and disassembled as new, but the new parts have no installation scratches on the pins, screw rings in the screw holes, or dents in the cover. The container it came in was sealed with tape that was not cut under the sticker, which was not reapplied either. So it is clear that the seller packed it that way and it is not a return. All in all it's all good but I don't like being lied to and I don't know how long that will last as that's the cryptic part.
