I work from home so there are a lot of electronics in my office. I bought this to replace an 8 socket surge protector with 2 slow charging USB ports. This new one has 12 sockets and 3 USB ports for fast charging. Sockets are arranged in such a way that they can all be used. The middle sockets are designed for ordinary plugs, while the outer sockets accommodate bulky plugs without obscuring other sockets. It's huge because you can use all the sockets! Fast charging USB ports are a bonus as all new phones and tablets support fast charging. This is convenient because you don't need an expensive fast charging station and you can plug in the cable directly. The cord is also long so you can place it where you need it. I definitely recommend this product!
