I agree with what others are saying about us being a little difficult to install but that seems to apply to all 'new' tech plugs if we put them in these boxes, which weren't really designed for that. My main issue with them is that the 10pm plugs are REALLY tight and also the faceplate (the part they color change is NOT the bezel but the face of the plug area) pops out super easily. So when I unplug 110, the socket falls apart. It's not really a security issue because it's just a facade, but it's very annoying. This happened with two devices. I ended up gluing the colored plate onto the socket, so let's see how long that lasts. All in all I want to get another one. Buyer Warning.
