I like everything about it! Their customer service is great as well - they're always there to help solve any problems or questions we have along our journey using their system (or even just when setting up an account). We've been able use VIR with several different companies in Oregon's adult marijuana program over multiple years now without issue while other systems seem buggy at best or completely nonfunctional due to licensing changes from time to timwewithout warning. Nothing really so far; sometimes minor issues come out but nothing big enough where its worth switching vendors if possible unless something huge comes through first which has yet not happened here since signing into this year/2018 though last couple yrs had some bugs during set ups etc., otherwise very happy user &amp provider overall experience!!
