I like how easy it was for me to use this program to rate my clients' claims. It's very user friendly and the customer service has been great as well. Sometimes when you are working with multiple cases at once (which can be up to 30 or more) there seems to be an issue loading your information back in so you have to start over again. The benefits of having all of these ratings available within one place makes things easier for myself and other adjusters who work on our team. We've used many different programs throughout our careers but we haven't found anything better than E!Z Work Comp Rater yet. This system allows us to see everything related to each claim from beginning to end which helps keep track of timeframes and deadlines. There really isn't much to dislike about this product. If you're looking for something simple and easy to navigate through then this may not be the best solution for you. However, if you prefer using.
