Review on πŸ“Έ Enhance Your Photography Experience with the Magnus VPH-10 2-Way Pan/Tilt Head by Lynn Cook

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A distant cousin of Manfrotto from the less "rich " part of town - almost as good. Nearly. But still a worthy device

Decent but affordable - Sturdy but not titanium - A good choice for those who need to add tilt and pan to a slider, homemade arrow, dolly etc . - There are many choices and some are just cheap and poorly made, this one will not spontaneously catch fire within 24 hours of first use - Of course it's not a Manfrotto, Benro or Bogen and that's fine - It'll do the job well Task - no complaints, I use mine to mount a 70D and HF-G10 on a trolley - supports them well with no problems - one possible downside worth noting, I will say it smells like Walter White, made in the factory by Los Pollos Hermanos - There was a really strong smell of petrol/chemicals when first unpacked - Not enough to annoy me and it dissipated within a day or two - I think there were some complaints/ Mentions that this is a problem - I only mention it because it really is. have a strong and noticeable chemical kick, but after rubbing with a rag and a day or two the chemotherapy goes away -

Pros
  • Good looking
Cons
  • Good but not great
