Review on Thetford Corp Porta Potti 92306 White: Portable Toilet Solution for Outdoor Comfort by Nathan Jankowski

I bought this toilet with the expectation that it would last a while. I bought a toilet on May 20, 2017 and it stopped working in August 2017. I've tried to solve the problem of not flushing from all sides, but to no avail. I changed the batteries, checked the water flush line and looked at the flush control wires. Nothing worked. I've had the toilet with limited use for almost three months and now it's broken. I plan to contact Revain for assistance with a replacement as the warranty is only under a month. I hope the support team can help. Commercial portable toilets are guaranteed for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. LIMITED WARRANTY INCLUDES 1. Detailed coverage (repair or replacement of defective parts).2. Freight (ground service only) for the transport of the spare part and for the transport of parts must be returned to Thetford. LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTY1. This warranty does not apply to products that have been subjected to abuse, neglect, accident, fire, improper repair, improper installation, alteration, failure to follow operating or winterizing instructions contained in the owner's manual, or other improper use.2. This warranty is void if the identification number or manufacturing date stamp has been erased, altered or removed.3. The owner must take the portable toilet to the Thetford Service Center for warranty repair or replacement. Except as stated above, all labor and transportation costs are the responsibility of the owner. Under this warranty, Thetford Corporation is only responsible for the repair or replacement of defective parts.2.
