This product is very easy to use. I bought this for my two super energetic dogs who love chasing birds. With this product, I can safely let them roam around our yard without worrying about them getting distracted and running away. The vibration is very strong and the beeper is very loud. I rarely use the shock function. One thing I would like to change is the collar type. The fabric seems to stink very quickly and is difficult to clean as you cannot throw it in the washing machine. Also, my dogs have been chewing on each other's collars while playing, so I'm not sure how long they will last. The fabric collar makes it easy to loosen the collar without my knowledge. One day my mom let go of our pointer and started chasing a bird and my mom couldn't stop her because the collar came loose and turned so the prongs were no longer touching her neck. Ultimately I think this is a great product for those who need a little more control and correction for stubborn dogs.
