I was very excited when I discovered this product online. A true mobile setup with multiple monitors? Excellent! I was nervous about the build quality but figured it was worth a try. The devices work great! And dual monitors move apart, which they don't show well in their displays, meaning it's easier to use a dual monitor setup. The same day I received the product I noticed that when fully extended the screen does not stay horizontal to the table. Instead they went under. I contacted support and they responded within a few hours. They immediately let me order new frames (free of charge) and shipped them to me straight away. I received it today and everything works great! I have to say that so far I'm impressed with every aspect of their work and I'm excited to see how they can improve in the future.
