Perfect replacement for my 2012 Tundra. High-quality rubber grommet for the antenna. I used a lot of the lube that said on the box. You should use some elbow grease to make it flush. I used the insulated handle of a spline pliers to press it in place and worked with the inside edge of the bushing to make it flush. Installed in 5 minutes. Not too difficult, but someone who doesn't have good arm strength might struggle a bit. It's not a defect, it's just the way it is. I personally think the tighter the better. I'm sure it will hold up well to an automatic wash. I would recommend it to everyone.
