To be honest they can seem too deadly compared to the regular spacers you see the beauty is worth it. I have the perfect chain line with this set compared to the other one I bought here at Revain. The only thing I had was that when using the 1/2 link chain the chain stuck perfectly between the frame and the outer purple spacer which was a bit of a bitch to remove. It was my fault and I gained chain length instead of riding. These colored spacers are actually made for a specific purpose, let's say your gear starts to wear out during an indoor race, it won't slip because the gear is bolted to heavy duty spacers that won't wear out. This is spirit and beauty in one bottle. I will never buy a set again.
