Not the quality I expected

The first bag I used has a hole that allows sawdust to fly out. Because I need it I used plastic tape to seal it. The hole was discovered after installing and running my saw. Appears to be a tear along one of the folds. If I hadn't spent an hour taking everything apart and changing the bag I would have sent the bags back. I decided to take it for $20. Won't buy this again.
