They didn't work in the dash (I flipped/flipped them for polarity) which is why I bought them. They were working on the door lights so I installed them there and used the bulbs from my door lights on the dash. The dash has a dimmer so they probably won't work with dimmers. They are brighter than the original non-LED bulbs and not too bright for my liking. These are white lights, not yellow (yellow lights can be more sensitive to the human eye), it took me a few days to get used to it have. My headlights are also white LEDs, it took me a long time to get used to them. The seller contacted me and gave me a full refund because they didn't work in the dashboard (it takes about an hour to open the dashboard!), they let me keep them. Bulbs and updated the product description to indicate it may not work in dash or with dimmers. This is a great service, if all sellers did this they would have more customers AND fewer returns and problems! Excellent work.
