I love that it allows me, as an administrator with little experience in this field at all (but plenty with computers), be able to set up new accounts quickly without having any tech support or training involved! In fact there is no need even - they can do everything from within their own interface if you are happy enough setting things yourself! It does what its meant too but sometimes when we have some issues which go unnoticed then those could make life difficult especially since i am not very good technically so wouldnt know where something should come into play otherwise.
Having someone else look over my shoulder while trying out such tools may sound like more trouble than help really though perhaps thats just how these sorts work? Not much actually other suggestions as far away problems I've got myself! We use them heavily internally across multiple departments including Marketing however also external users who pay us etc via Paypal/etc.
