Fine plastic feel
I ordered it because I thought it was so cute and my son loves Mickey Mouse. Looks like the picture and cute but the quality sucks. The rain cover has a plastic feel and has no lining.

- Every kid needs a raincoat and this one is so cute. We love umbrellas too! Our baby stays dry!
- The jacket is too thin. Too much plastic but I think it only works when it's raining. The umbrella is fine.
