Good is visually nice and the actual switch plate is sturdy and appears to be well made Bad - screws come in two sizes - a small one will not fit but a longer one will most likely fit They are very poor and one is BROKEN IN our light switch. Ugly - we had to pay an electrician to come and replace our entire switch and due to the age of the house it was very difficult to find the right type - when I contacted customer service about this I spoke on the phone for over an hour and they did were incredibly rude and unhelpful. All they could offer me was to accept the return of the product - they couldn't just send me a new screw, they couldn't send me a new replacement product, they couldn't refund my money, they wouldn't even give me any Appreciation for my issues - mind you I've bought over 10 of these, I've paid the electrician and already put a lot of time and energy into this and the only option they had for me was to go to a delivery location during a global pandemic Get it back and then they'll write me a credit note and then I can order another one and hope it doesn't break. Never in my life have I been treated so badly at Amazon for a poor quality product - this $15 record cover ended up costing me over $100 in parts and labor.
