Review on Enhanced Kool Stop D. Ace Brake Pads for Bicycles by David Jennings

I bought these brakes for a Fuji CCR2 road bike (with Cane Creek SC3 brakes with cartridge pads) where they replaced a badly worn set of standard pads. They were quick and fairly easy to install since they are cartridges. All you have to do is loosen the set screw, then take out the old pads and put in the new ones before replacing the screw. During the test drive, they stopped faster and much quieter than the previous pads, even when new. The old brake pads were especially prone to fading in the rain when I needed them most - I have high hopes for these pads to perform better in all conditions (I've only tried them in dry weather so far).
