The true measure of a business is how it responds to its loyal customers when an issue arises. Victor Allen did it. I contacted them about this and they quickly replaced the defective product. Hooray for a positive response in a sometimes very negative world! I upgraded my 1 star to 5 stars. Coffee is a very tasty product. Usually this coffee is one of the best we have ever used. However, this box was 100% filled with defective product. The lid seal was loose during the manufacturing process (missing glue or improper compression). Result: water and coffee all around the coffee maker, ground coffee etc. I didn't return the item as I thought (hoped) it might be an isolated case but as it turned out all the cups were defective. I didn't want to write this negative review but had no way of contacting the seller directly. I hope the company actually reads and responds to this review in the relevant estate. Stay tuned before you buy this product. I'll proceed with additional review of the company's response (if any) regarding how to handle this issue.
