What I like the most about this platform is that it is simple to use and it enables my team to have a complete and organized view of all the services and tickets within the application. It is also very easy to use, and it's a great tool to have for any company. I don't really have any dislikes about Clientele ITSM. I would definitely recommend it to other companies looking for a ticketing tool. I am able to communicate with all my clients easily with this application, and I can easily access all the information I need.
