Great platform which has many uses: Clientele ITSM

The ease of use and user friendly system. Allowing for easy automation and monitoring of the system. The ability to integrate with other systems is one the best features I have seen so far. It would be great if there was an option to easily connect to my own CRM system, however this could simply be solved by creating our own integration. Great ticketing software for any company

What I like the most about this platform is that it is simple to use and it enables my team to have a complete and organized view of all the services and tickets within the application. It is also very easy to use, and it's a great tool to have for any company. I don't really have any dislikes about Clientele ITSM. I would definitely recommend it to other companies looking for a ticketing tool. I am able to communicate with all my clients easily with this application, and I can easily access…

Great way keep organized with employees / remote workers

I like how easy it is to use, especially when sending emails out for my team! It's very effective at letting me know what they are working on or need help doing so that i can respond quickly instead of trying to remember myself, etc., which allows us more time in our day (and makes everyone happy). The interface looks kindof outdated compared to other services but we're using this as an internal tool only and not going public yet anyways :) Maybe try some free trial first if you haven't before…

Very Powerful and useful tool with tonnes amount capabilities

I like that it has so many different features, which makes my job easier when trying to troubleshoot issues between our clients computers/apps being slow or not working at all! It's also very easy for me as an admin user to navigate through each feature in order to find what i'm looking for without having too much scrolling involved! The only thing is sometimes there are multiple options of things you can do within one section (such as 'Software' - but they're pretty self explanatory).…

  • There are different features that can do just about anything; even if I'm not looking for a specific feature

  • It can sometimes be heavy on resources and takes a while to load up completely
