I like that it has so many different features, which makes my job easier when trying to troubleshoot issues between our clients computers/apps being slow or not working at all! It's also very easy for me as an admin user to navigate through each feature in order to find what i'm looking for without having too much scrolling involved! The only thing is sometimes there are multiple options of things you can do within one section (such as 'Software' - but they're pretty self explanatory).
Sometimes it takes a while before everything loads up fully because its quite heavy on resources compared to other similar programs out there! But once it does load up completely it works well enough. We use this program mainly for client support purposes; however we've found some benefits from using it internally too such as ticketing systems etc.
