The software is easy for me as I am not very computer savvy! It has helped our business immensely by allowing us access instantly from anywhere in Australia or overseas without having staff there at all times of day/night when we need it most - i'm able find information quickly regarding customers' orders (and their satisfaction levels). Also great that you can email documents straight through into your account so no uploading them individually which saves valuable customer service hours each week!! Not much really but would like some more features such an automatic uploads once they have been received via mail rather than needing manual entry everytime? If anyone needs any help just ask one my colleagues who work here everyday :) We are solving problems around Customer Service & Management within both B2B sales process's where this product helps greatly because its quick turnaround speeds mean quicker responses back too clients compared if manually entering data over phone etc.. This also gives greater.
