Review on Sumnus by Daniel Delgado

I recently bought something from Sumnus, an online retailer of women's apparel, shoes, and jewelry. Unfortunately, I had a really negative experience with the business. First of all, the outfit I got was of poor quality. After just one wash, several of the seams had already begun to separate, and the fabric felt cheap. Given the amounts I paid for the things, I had hoped for better quality. Additionally, I had poor customer service when I tried to get in touch with them to seek a refund. They didn't get back to me for several days, and when they did, they weren't helpful or empathetic to my problems. They didn't seem to appreciate my business or be concerned with my customer pleasure. Overall, if someone was seeking for high-quality apparel and friendly customer service, I wouldn't suggest Sumnus. There are several more internet merchants out there with better items and more considerate customer service.
