Breo iNeck Air2 Shiatsu Inflatable Neck Massager with Heat and Deep Tissue Relaxation for Airplane, Car, Travel, Office, Neck Massage at Home; So this product really seemed like the one for me! After using it several times, I decided that everything was fine. I will pause the review because the product I am trying to review contained multiple components. First, what I liked: - This product has many small details that make traveling easier; It deflates easily with one button, folds easily and comes with a travel bag. - The material is soft and comfortable on the neck; softer than many massagers I've used. - The massage itself is pleasant and really helped my neck. It also has a heater that you can turn on and off, which is just the right temperature. What I didn't like: - This massager is LOUD. Not really anything is done to reduce the noise of the massagers and one setting in particular (when there is a break between massages) is very loud. If you're sitting next to someone on the plane, they'll notice if you're working on that thing. I doubt the durability of this massager; namely because of the soft material touching the neck through which the massagers work. After just 3 uses, there were clear creases where the massagers had already started wiping the fabric. - There are only 3 settings and only 2 massages. I would like more. For such an expensive product, the downsides are quite significant. Because of this, I really can't rate this product above average.
