I like that they work with you to determine what features are needed before construction begins; which helps us keep costs down! There isn't much more than this - if there were it would be too specific of an answer because we don’t have any other problems or dislikes at all as far as my experience goes so just trust their expertise!! They do great things here, but since our budget was tight (we had planned everything out very carefully), cost became one factor affecting where/how many projects can get done during summer break etc...
