
Update: Customer service is terrible. I was told I need a new product code for the device to work. OK, then give me the code. Multiple emails and multiple replies about how busy they are and still no code. How hard is it to re-release code? Not only did I have to provide the order number, I can also take a photo of the number along with a picture of the item and a picture of the product code being shipped. I really wanted to at least try the product, but it doesn't look like that's an option. Terrible product. Well, maybe it would be good if it worked. I couldn't get past the login screen even after jumping through all the hoops of product downloads, registrations, etc. I called customer service only to find that the person who answered said they didn't know anything about the product. send an email and someone will get in touch with me. Is there an email address in the instructions? Nooo if you go to their website and have to fill out a long form that includes your address? This product is not worth the hassle. I tried what someone suggested to change permission to see magic button but it wasn't present in my app.
