I just got this van breather device. As for me, I want to be able to see the level when I drive to my campsite, so the Bluetooth app is the way to go. First, I couldn't get it to stay connected to my phone app. Sometimes it would disconnect after a few seconds, sometimes after 20 or 30 seconds, but I could never get it to stay connected. Update: Customer service is terrible. I was told I need a new product code for the device to work. OK, then give me the code. Multiple emails and multiple replies about how busy they are and still no code. How hard is it to re-release code? Download the Digipas Smart Level app according to the instructions. The application does not navigate beyond the page to register a new account. I contacted Digipas and they advised me to go into settings and set Digipas Smart Level App "Location" to "enabled". I was trying to use this product as a level for my RV. When it arrived the first problem was finding the right app on the app store. Searching for Digi-Pas brings up 3 different apps, only one of which works with this device. The next problem was that the app required a license code, which only tied it to a mobile device.
