Review on APPRise by Bohyun Hansen

I like how easy it is to use, is has all the basic tools you need and more. It's not very intuitive for newbies but with some practice you get it right away. It is hard to find someone who knows everything about this product so if you have any questions you're pretty much out of luck. If you know almost nothing about the app and just want something that works, this is perfect. We are solving issues with our customer support team and we realized that we were spending too much time on the phone with our customers. That's when we decided to try out this program. The biggest problem was understanding how it worked, how to set it up and how to use it. Thats where APprise came in. Now we spend less time on the phone and more time solving problems.
