We've only used this product once but so far it does everything we need it to do: be heard on Zoom calls. In our Zoom meetings we have received many comments from others that they are not listening to us. After installing this external microphone, which was ridiculously simple: plug it into the USB port and then select it as our preferred microphone, everyone immediately noticed a difference in sound on our next Zoom call. He picks up two of our voices clearly, even though he's not sitting directly in front of us. So far very satisfied. (Note: some of the photos make the product appear much larger; actual diameter is just under 3 inches. Cord is likely around 5 feet long.)
