it was easy to configure our product, because all we had to do was upload the information of our products using Google forms. Also, when you want to print your invoices or reports, there's no need for additional printing equipment (just have access to internet). So far the only problem I've seen has been that occasionally one cannot open the file after downloading them from google drive - but this could happen after days without noticing. If you are looking for some kind of integrated system between sales orders / invoice creation to track stock level, use. It solved most of my production problems as, at least, now I know where everything stands. We get better productivity from our employees who also don't spend their time counting each individual package going out, so it's very useful to keep tabs on things like this. I like that this machine could be used as both a stockroom and warehouse, it has many options for the user and could be customized as needed. it was hard to find some of the items in the software but when we did find them they were easy to install. it would be nice if we had more information on how to use the software than just what comes on the box. we have been able to reduce errors and decrease stock outages by keeping track of our inventory better than ever before.
