I bought these to put numbers on my son's goalie jerseys. I watched the YouTube video in the description and followed the instructions. They came out perfect! Tips: Iron on a flat surface (e.g. wooden board or kitchen table), not on an ironing board. Use your body weight to push down. Use parchment paper inside the shirt (between the front and back) and between the iron and the number. Press, let cool, press again until it sticks. After it is glued, you need to pull the backing tape and gently peel it off the number/shirt. DO NOT iron again after removing the backing sheet - you will melt the number a bit, even with parchment paper (I did this - learn from your mistake). Hopefully they can handle intense play, but so far so good.
