Review on Navis by Christopher Smith

Very helpful when it comes to optimizing the way we use our vehicles and drivers. The GPS tracking feature is great too! I dislike having to go back to different websites to see where my truck is at in real time. I wish there were an app or something so you could view this information through your smart phone. Sometimes even if you are using the website you have no idea where your driver has been until he returns home. The customer service team at navi was very helpful in solving my problem as they helped me understand what I needed help resolving when it came time to purchase this software package! Nothing really stands out about their product or support but everything has been great so far!! We are using NAVIS primarily because we had issues tracking items within multiple warehouses/sites which caused us confusion throughout all departments involved (logistics).
