It is easy to use, has good reporting capabilities; it works well with our EMRs/EHRs (I am just learning how that part really functions). I wish there was more flexibility in scheduling appointments for providers as most seem very rigid when trying to schedule an appointment or add notes within their charting system before seeing them during office hours. Also we have not been able to see any improvement over time regarding patient access through this program - but maybe they are starting out slow? If you don't like something about Omnimed look at other options because it seems everyone does! We can easily store all information from patients including insurance info into one place which makes keeping things organized much easier than if each provider kept paper files; also having electronic records helps us keep track of what changes so quickly nowadays.
