First of all. Check for damage upon receipt. The panel showed clear signs of framing damage as someone's homemade plaster had fallen out of the panel's frame, I believe from a previous installation. Further testing revealed the panel had a VOC rating of 21.8. However, in full sun I could only get 20.4 VOCs. before the panel warmed up and quickly dropped to 19.14 VOC. The panel got so hot it was hard to touch. I hope that this voltage is enough for my charger to charge a 12V 8Ah battery. The overall rating for this panel is poor.
