We took it to replace another deerma cordless vacuum cleaner - it was simpler, an older model, lasted about six months and began to turn off. Passed under warranty, bought this one. After about a month of use, this one also began to turn off. Worked for less than a minute. We again suffered to hand over the guarantee to the point of issue. We turn it on - it works, it does not turn off. They were surprised, but what to do, they carried it back to test it at home. We turn on the house - it turns off. What was the problem in the end: At home, we turned it on in a complete assembly, that is, with a pipe and a brush. At the point of issue, they did not fully collect it, they turned it on without a pipe. It turned out that hair and cat hair were wrapped around the miracle turbo brush, which caused the vacuum cleaner to turn off. After cleaning the brush, the problem was solved. Why such a mechanism was made, we did not understand, since the brush does not spin from electricity, but from the air flow. but just in case, I'll leave our experience here, in case someone encounters a similar situation.
