Review on Optimized HydroBlu Versa Flow Water Filtration System by Eric Broad

I haven't seen many reviews from tourists so let me see if I can help a little. Used the mini saw for a couple of weeks, really hated the flow rate. So I went back to wood compaction. I ate an extra ounce in favor of a better flow rate. who i love But then I saw some tourists looking at it. So I ordered it, opened it up, weighed it dry and got 1.4 ounces and 1.8 ounces wet (I shook all the water I could). I then did a test and tried to filter the pill. Water in a 1.25L Aquafina water bottle. (I don't compress my bags just gravity) have tested them with permanent bags, squeezing did it in 2mins 23s while this showed 2mins 15s so it's a faster filter and lighter. Yes, it has a shorter lifespan than any sawing machine, but really? Do you really want to filter that much? Threads also work great with platypus bags. No leaks compared to any saw that leaks on the panels. So far so good, the taste is a bit cloudy which I like, although I think the cloudy taste should be gone by this weekend. Backwashing is a little easier, just use a clean water bottle and set it on the clean side. This creates a sort of seal with the rubber piece on the front and squeeze some water in it a couple of times. Works very well. It's slightly larger and bulkier than the Mini. I will continue to use it almost every weekend when I go camping. But I'll keep my squeeze just in case I have to come back to it. Update: The hose smell is gone after a few casts.
