Great! The holes are a little small for anything but fine-grain peppers, but there's an easy fix that I got lucky with when I first filled the pepper pot. The black plastic lid that comes with Spice Select Chef's Style Black Pepper (4.25 oz) fits perfectly. It has a hinged lid and large enough holes for coarsely ground peppers. Both the black and white lids make it easier to tell the salt and pepper apart, plus I have a spare salt shaker lid so I can get a new pepper lid every time I buy a pepper. You can also order a set of six additional caps from Revain, but they are all white. I prefer black and white covers.
