The ability for me as an applicant or interviewer is that I can write up my own questions in advance which saves time during interviews since everything you need has already been laid out by someone else who's done it before! Also having pre-written interview responses allows candidates peace of mind if they are not familiar with certain skills required from their role - this was one area we found most challenging due to lack of standardised answers within our team (we have different backgrounds). Having more customisable options would be great too so there could also potentially even some automated processes created where applicants fill out forms such as applications etc but then get sent into groups depending upon what skill set / experience level fit best? This way all information gets put together at once rather than individually through emails like now. We're solving issues relating to candidate sourcing & hiring process efficiency. It really helped us streamline how much work went between ourselves and potential employees when searching for new.
